Self-Catering Cottages
Oxen and Cider Mill are single-storey barn conversions situated in the court-yard of The Durrance Farmhouse. The cottages are tastefully renovated with the original oak beams exposed, giving a feeling of space, but at the same time cosy and welcoming.
If you are planning a family party, wedding or just a get-together... The Durrance is perfect. We can cater up to 13 people.
There is a tennis court for you to enjoy and lots of lovely countryside walks through Chaddesley Woods and the surrounding farmland.
When you arrive at Oxen and Cider Mill, a welcome pack of provisions including our own free-range eggs awaits you.

Oxen Cottage
Oxen Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. There is a super-king size bedded room and a twin bedded room. There is room for a cot in either bedroom. We have a cot available.
Cider Mill Cottage
Cider Mill Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps 3 people. There is a super-king size bedded room and a single bedded room. There is room for a cot in either bedroom. We have a cot available.
In both cottages the super-king size beds are "zip and link" so can be made into two single beds if needed.
Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
The lounge has French doors leading out to your own garden with a patio area with table and chairs. There is a gas BBQ on request for you to enjoy al-fresco eating.
Both properties have a flat-screen HDTV & DVD player. There is free Wi-Fi Internet Access.
The bathrooms have a bath with a shower over it.
There is a Utility Room shared by both cottages with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a washing line in the garden.

There is ample off-road parking to the front of the cottages
Amenities
The pretty village of Chaddesley Corbett is just 2.5 miles away. For the more energetic there is a lovely walk through Chaddesley Woods to reach the village.
